About U9
U9s is where the game starts to open up — 7-a-side, no scrums, and players begin experiencing proper phases of play. It’s still very much about enjoyment and development, with free passes replacing kicks and rucks kept simple and safe.
All abilities welcome, no experience needed — just turn up any Sunday at Weston’s Fields, 10:00–12:00. Hotdogs follow every home game and there’s always food and drinks in the clubhouse. Away fixtures run from Droitwich across to Ledbury.
Kit: Boots, shorts and a rugby top to get started. Club kit around £50; balls provided.
Subs: £TBC — 30+ sessions September to April, plus a subsidised tour.
The club is entirely volunteer-run. Your help on and off the pitch is hugely valued.
