GMS or Game Management System is an online platform developed by the RFU to help manage grassroots rugby in England. It is fully GDPR compliant and is provided by the RFU free of charge.
We currently use GMS for membership and affiliation of senior and junior players, entering fixtures, performing safeguarding checks (DBS) and our website is hosted through GMS. GMS forms the clubs Official Register of members.
The benefits of administering membership through GMS are:
- Single source of contact information, improving communications with members
- GDPR compliant. Secure repository of members personal information.
- Members own, have visibility and are in control of their personal data, leading to an improvement in data quality.
- Large reduction in volunteer time spent processing membership fees. Freeing volunteer time to focus on rugby activities.
- Reduction in admin errors. Membership payments automatically matched to the correct member.
- Increased visibility of who was affiliated and who had paid.
- Increase cash security and reduction in cash payments.
- Leading to an increase in subscriptions collected.
- Our Website is hosted by the RFU and linked to GMS.
- Enabling weekly News Summary to be securely delivered via GMS.
For further information on GMS is available from the RFU information pages
Why don't I receive any emails from GMS?
Some email service providers delay or create a barrier for receiving bulk, template, verification emails from our GMS server, amongst other companies affected. Make sure to check your junk and spam folders to see if your email has been delivered to these. Please remember that the issue is not that GMS doesn't deliver the email, but that the issue could be that your email provider is blocking the email address that the club send the email from.
Find out more about this problem and how to fix it on the RFU website

I have multiple accounts, which account should I reset?
You have multiple accounts because in the past you have had multiple GMS records which have been merged. Use the account with most memorable name. All your information has been combined into one account, you do not need the additional accounts.
Why have I been charged double monthly membership fee?
If you join a monthly subscription n the last 10 days of a month the first direct debit will be for the current month and the following month. There is not sufficient time to set up the direct debit for the 1st of the next month.

We have a full complement of mini’s sides from U7 to U11. Our junior age grades boys run from U12 to U16 and we have a very strong girls section at U13, U15 and U18.

Everyone shares the responsibility for safeguarding and creating safe environments in rugby union whether as a player, parent, coach, spectator or club official.
All should operate within an accepted ethical framework and demonstrate exemplary behaviour to both safeguard children and protect all personnel from allegations of abuse or poor practice.
Children, which is anyone under the age of 18, must be cared for in the correct manner, as set out in the RFU Safeguarding Policy.
We are equally committed to safeguarding the welfare of all adults (everyone over the age of 18) involved in the game, particularly those deemed to be at risk.
You are duty bound to report a concern
The WRFC's aim is to create a culture where everyone feels confident to raise concerns without prejudice to their own position. Anyone with concerns about the behaviour of a coach, official, volunteer, administrator, professional staff or any other member of the children’s workforce which may be harmful to the child in their care must report them in accordance with the Safeguarding Policy.
If you have witnessed or heard about an incident which concerns you, it is important to report it to someone in authority, in the first instance to the Club Safeguarding Officer (CSO). In their absence the Constituent Body Safeguarding Manager (CBSM) or RFU Safeguarding team.
Remember to:
- Stay calm, but don’t delay;
- Re-assure the child that they are not to blame;
- Do not make any promises of confidentiality or outcome;
- Keep questions to a minimum;
- Make brief accurate notes at the earliest opportunity
Rugby should be Fun, we are committed to enhancing the Rugby experience for children through a child centred approach.
If you have a concern make sure that you report it to the CLUB SAFEGUARDING OFFICER

The 100 Club
The Hundred Club was founded over thirty years ago by the members and supporters of Worcester Rugby Football Club. The aim was quite simple - to provide a fund for items of non budgeted but necessary expenditure.
The Hundred Club has helped fund:
- Urgent car park pothole repairs
- A video tower
- Early expenditure in preparing the WRFC 150th Anniversary Publication
- Sponsorship of Rugby Tour to Bordeaux
- Club Defibrillator
At present over a hundred members and supporters contribute £4.33 per month by standing order. The fund currently stands at over £8,000 and the new committee will welcome and consider requests for assistance from any sections of the club for next season.
WHY SHOULD I JOIN THE 100 CLUB?
- Weekly Draw; £25 per week
- Monthly Draw; £50 per month
- Monthly Jackpot; (This grows from a starting point of £250 and if not won rises by £50 per month.)
- Christmas and Summer Parties with a special £250 prize draw.
Twice a year we hold super parties when all friends of The 100 Club are invited to a special event to celebrate our great club and it's support for it's members. ce or a Barbeque.
